Major Craft rods are manufactured from superior materials using modern technology and abundant experience.
And the incomparable quality and reasonable price are characteristics of every products we produce.
The carbon material is imported from Japan. It's Mitsubishi Rayon & Toray makes.
All guides we use are Japanese Fuji guide.
The coating material & thread also are imported from Japan.
Only Major Craft Vietnam make the straight blanks.
We describe the process step by step.

The carbon material is

preserved in coolerator (0 degree) and freezer (-20 degree). (due to storage period)

Cut the carbon as per each paper patterns.

Bond it to the mandrel by iron.


Then roll it by rolling

machine.And the strength of rolling is set model by model.

Wrap the tape round blanks by taping machine. And it

should be appropriate level

of power.

Burn the taped blanks by setup temperature and time.

Cut in regulation size.


Sand the blanks by regulation method.


We can paint equally by

inserting blanks into the hole of rubber seal and pulling out.




Attach the sticker on the specified position and send

to epoxy section.





Set up each equipments (EVA handle, reel seat, metal parts & etc..) by bond.







Wrap each guides by the specified color thread on

the specified position.

This work demends the proficient skills.

Then send to epoxy section.



Coat the thread of guide with epoxy while spinning. Then

the epoxy attach equally by spinning the blanks.







String test: check the level

of weight which each rods correspond to.

After passing the test, they are lined up on the table of

inspection. Then inspect 100% one by one. We check the

next points by inspectors who are understanding Japanese quality level.

Length of rod, sticker, strength of tip section by hand

bending, Stain & Scratch of handle, grip & blanks by hand & sight,

metal part, joint section & etc..If we find the rejected point

and it can be repair, we return to each sections. And after

repair, weinspect again from the first.

Only passing products put

into rod bag.
